Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order has been submitted, please contact our [email protected] with the correct shipping address and our team will attempt to update the address as needed.
Can I ship to PO Box or military address?
Currently, we do not ship online orders to US PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses on file will be canceled and refunded back to your account.

Tracking shows delivered but I did not receive my order
There can be multiple reasons why your tracking states delivered but you have not received your package. If your package states that it was delivered and you have yet to receive it after 48 hours, please contact customer service for further assistanc
