How to submit a warranty claimUpdated a day ago

Please note: Due to a change in ownership, we will no longer be able to accept warranty claims for orders placed prior to 04/01/2026. 

For orders placed after 04/01/2026, please contact [email protected] with the following information to initiate a warranty claim:

• Your first and last name
• Order # and copy of the original proof of purchase
• Product number/Color/Size
• Brief description of the issue that you are encountering with the product
• Photos of the defective area

Warranty claims will be addressed in the order they are received. We appreciate your patience, and our team will work diligently to process your claim as efficiently as possible. Please refrain from sending follow-up emails, as they may contribute to delays in the resolution process and appreciate your understanding as we work to address these requests.
